How to join the investors' list:

When potential property investment opportunities have been analysed and deemed fit for purchase and renovation, a detailed investment proposal is forwarded to a select group of potentially interested parties. In this way, smaller investment amounts can be aggregated with larger sums until the project target is met. Investors lend funds to the registered Portuguese Company (RPF Portugal Lda) under a formal loan agreement in which terms and conditions are specified.

The agreement is signed electronically by all parties and copies held by the Company’s registered accountants (Taxlibris Contabilidade e Consultoria, Lda) and commercial lawyer (Prelhaz Advogados). The investor receives progress reports and a final account when the property is sold. This includes confirmation of the repaid capital and of the profit share remitted, less any applicable withholding tax.
